Who this agreement is with

These terms are an agreement between you and Techsilon LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Techsilon", "we", "us"). Our postal address is:

What these terms cover

They govern your Techsilon account and the sign-in service at auth.techsilon.com — the single account that signs you in to the products Techsilon operates. If you signed in at pulsilon.com, the account you created is a Techsilon account, and these terms are the ones that govern it.

They do not govern the products themselves. Each product has its own terms, which apply in addition to these whenever you use it. Pulsilon's are at pulsilon.com/terms. What a product does, what it costs, how it bills you, refunds and cancellation, and what happens to the data you put into it are all in that product's terms — not here.

If a product's terms and these terms conflict on something specific to that product, the product's terms govern for that product. These terms govern the account and sign-in.

Our privacy notice explains what identity data we hold and why. It forms part of this agreement.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Accounts are for business use. Our products are business tools.
• If you create an account for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
• We direct our services to users in the United States.

Your account

Use an email address you control and expect to keep. It is how we sign you in and the only way we can reach you about the account, so keep it accurate. If you lose access to that mailbox or to the Google or GitHub account you sign in with, you may lose access to your Techsilon account.

You are responsible for the security of whatever you sign in with. We never issue you a password, so the email account or the Google or GitHub account you use *is* your credential. Anyone who can read that mailbox or use that provider account can sign in as you. Protect it, turn on two-factor authentication with that provider, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Accounts are personal to you. Do not forward sign-in links or let someone else use your account. If you think your account has been compromised, email support@techsilon.com.

Acceptable use of the sign-in service

You agree not to:

• create accounts automatically or in bulk, or create an account in someone else's name
• attempt to access an account that is not yours, or bypass, disable or interfere with authentication
• probe, scan or load-test the sign-in service, or otherwise try to break it, without our written permission
• use it to send unsolicited email, or to trigger sign-in emails to addresses that are not yours
• resell, sublicense or provide access to the sign-in service as part of your own offering

Individual products may impose further rules in their own terms.

Availability

We work to keep sign-in available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

Where a product commits to a service level, that commitment is in the product's terms.

Suspension and closing an account

You can close your account at any time — email support@techsilon.com from the address on the account.

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if it is being used unlawfully, or if we need to protect the service or other users. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

Closing a Techsilon account ends your ability to sign in to every Techsilon product. What then happens inside a product — to your data, and to anything you have paid that product for — is governed by that product's terms. Read them before you close your account.

Disclaimers

The sign-in service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that sign-in will be available at any given moment, timely, secure against every threat, or free of error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your Techsilon account or the sign-in service.
• Our total liability for all claims relating to your account and the sign-in service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100). We provide the sign-in service at no charge.

Liability arising from an individual product is dealt with in that product's terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version is posted on this page with a new version number and date, and applies from the day it is posted. If a change is material we will email the address on your account. Continuing to sign in after a change takes effect means you accept it — if you do not, close your account.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida govern these terms and any dispute arising out of them, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Techsilon agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.

General

• If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these terms stay in force.
• If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not waived it.
• You may not transfer your account or these terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate, or in connection with a merger or a sale of our business.
• These terms, our privacy notice, and the terms of any product you use are the entire agreement between us about your Techsilon account.
